Senior Account Executive
We are looking for a dynamic and driven Senior Account Executive to join TrueClicks. In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by building strong relationships with potential customers, understanding their needs, and showing how TrueClicks can help them achieve their goals.
You'll work closely with the founders, marketing, and product development to refine our offerings and grow our customer base. When more people join the sales team, your goal is to grow into the Head of Sales role.

About You

In terms of skills and experience, our ideal candidate:
- Has 5+ years of experience in a B2B commercial role, such as sales or account management at a software company, ad platform, or marketing agency.
- Has excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and preferably Dutch as well.
- Is highly empathetic, with a positive attitude and a strong desire to help our customers reach their goals.
- Knows how to become our customers’ trusted advisor, understanding their needs, but also challenging them when appropriate.
- Is a lifelong learner, always looking to get better.
- Must be located in the Netherlands, preferably in or near Amsterdam.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify new sales opportunities through networking, outreach, and, most importantly, free trial sign-ups.
- Conduct product demos and presentations to prospective clients.
- Work together with our product specialist to maximize the value our trial users experience in their first month.
- Collaborate with the founders to develop and execute strategic sales plans.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
