Product Specialist

We are looking for a skilled product specialist to join our team and play a crucial role in onboarding and supporting our users with TrueClicks.
‍
You will work directly with potential and existing customers to help them (better) implement TrueClicks, ensuring a smooth and effective setup. You'll also work closely with the founders, sales, and product development to refine our offerings and grow our customer base.
‍
Finally, you'll provide ongoing (proactive) support, offering expert guidance to maximize the impact our users realize with TrueClicks.

About You

First of all, you’re the type of person who gets excited by the idea of being part of the core team at a software startup. This gives you plenty of freedom and autonomy, but it also requires you to be a self-starter and take initiative.

In terms of skills and experience, our ideal candidate:

• Has 5+ years of hands-on experience with managing large and complex Google Ads accounts, preferably at a larger agency (50+ employees).
• Is an active TrueClicks user, this would be a huge plus.
• Is highly empathetic, with a positive attitude and a strong desire to help our customers reach their goals.
• Has excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and preferably Dutch as well.
• Knows how to become our customers’ trusted advisor, understanding their needs, but also challenging them when appropriate.
• Has the ability to explain technical concepts in a clear and concise manner.
• Is a lifelong learner, always looking to get better.
• Must be located in the Netherlands, preferably in or near Amsterdam.

Key Responsibilities

• Guide (potential) customers through the onboarding process, ensuring seamless implementation of TrueClicks.
• Provide expert advice and support to customers, addressing their questions and concerns.
• Conduct product training sessions to help customers fully utilize TrueClicks' features.
• Collaborate with sales and customer success to enhance the customer journey.
• Gather customer feedback to assist in product development and improvement.
• Provide input for our product roadmap based on customer feedback and your own research and ideas.
